Open the app, register yourself and tap on pensil icon available there.
You will see the three options like new group, new secret chat and new channel.
Tap on new channel. Then you have to add channel name, description and channel photo.
Then you have to select channel type public channel or private channel, if you select public channel this can be visible to all telegram users, if you select private then it will be visible to people you select.
You can create public link there also.
Then after right click you have to add subscribers by your contacts so it's all.
After selecting contacts it's done your channel.
Now You can send message everyone at once.
